[EVENT] CBT v2 Release- Free Mileage & EXP Event!

From July 23rd to August 7th, new players' accounts will be given a free 3000 Mileage upon creation!
Also, everyday until August 7th, a daily EXP boost will be given.
Here is the schedule:

*Green= x3 EXP
*Purple= x2 EXP
*Blue= x4 EXP
(Generally, the Fri~Sun weekends (except the last batch) have 24hr high exp rates and weekdays have 9AM~9PM(EST) high exp rates)
The EXP boost on July 23rd may depend on the release time of the client. The exp boost might apply for only a part of the scheduled time, or not at all (if patch is released on July 24th).
Event Ends: August 7th, 2010
